When I needed my roof replaced, there were a number of roofers available to choose from. I chose Hedberg & Son based on
their professional approach in planning and quoting the job and presenting the different options available.
The workers were conscientious in protecting the exterior of the house and landscaping while removing the old roof. Putting a
new roof on presented its challenges because of the steep pitch and numerous skylights. The work was completed in a very
satisfactory manner.

Hey Mike, I just got the signed contract in the mail and will just wait for your contact regarding scheduling. Sounds like it will
be about a month or more at this tme. Randy had difficulty with this decision because as a manager of a ColdwellBanker office
he felt he needed to consider the roofer that their concierge program recommends. It happened that this particular guy was also
someone who knew Randy s family, went to school with one of his brothers. We felt you were so professional and followed
through so well. So thats part of the explanation it took so long, plus Randy s schedule is horribly hectic. We look forward to

I am writing to you to thank you for the quick response when I called about ice jams on our roof. I really appreciated that you
could get to it the next day. Your employees were very courteous and helpful, starting with talking to Katy on the phone and
then when Scott arrived with his helper and went to work, they were finished in 2 hours and I was very grateful as I could see
we would have had problems down the road. The boys accidentally broke one of our globes on the south side of the house it
was truly an accident and they came and told me about it right away. Per Bill I am NOT going to make a big deal out of this

company installed a roof on my home 19 years ago. Just last week I called into the office and asked for an inspection of the

Hello Mike,

I wanted to take this opportunity to compliment you and Hedberg and Son Roofing.
Professional from start to finish. That’s what I’m thinking about Hedberg and Son Roofing today after the completion of our new steel roof. There are so few times these days that I’m inclined to send a message like these; most times customers write when something has gone wrong. Your product is beautiful and our new roof looks great! While my husband and I had several conversations about the cost, I was completely comfortable writing the check out for the job Hedburg did. We purchased a light-colored, high emissivity product because we are energy conscious and we are already seeing the benefits, not having to use our air conditioning for the past two days of mid-80s!
I left for three days the morning your crew started on our roof and I returned three days later. If I hadn’t known that we had a new roof installed, I would never have known it. The workmen were so neat and skilled. There wasn’t a thing left out of place and not a single piece of litter left at the site. They were polite and considerate and hard working.
Suffice it to say, we’re pleased, Mike. Thanks for being persistent in contacting us when I hadn’t returned your original call. I’m sure we’ll be recommending your product and company to our friends and neighbors.
