HEDBERG AND SON offers a yearly, or on request, spot inspections where a qualified roof inspector will perform a full roof

inspection. Each roof is photographed and a report is generated to note all deficiencies and is identified for the customer to see

on the roof plan. Hedberg and Son Roofing also has the capability of providing drawings and details as a convenience to our

customer.

Digital photos and thermal imaging can be used to detect moisture and possible deck corrosion. This type of

noninvasive/nondestructive inspection can be used to determine repair or replacement options as well as possible future leak

areas.

Our trained and certified commercial roofing technicians can analyze core compositions, determine inadequate or adequate

drainage, evaluate flashing heights and test for the existence of roof materials containing asbestos. Whether it is for future
